Mobile Parties/Events

Minimum 10 people, cost based on Package

We come to your home, bar, gallery, or another venue of your choice. All art supplies are provided by us. You provide tables and chairs. Travel fee varies depending on the distance; call for details.

*Requests for less than 10 people in Gales Ferry, Groton or Mystic, CT are considered. Call or email us.

BASIC PACKAGE

  • $120 deposit required**

  • Minimum 10 Max 39 people

  • $40 each medium 12 x 12 canvas or $45 each large 16 x 20 canvas.

  • Party time 2 hours

  • Includes EVERYTHING EXCEPT tables and chairs. Professional artist instruction, aprons, canvases, tablecloths, paints, brushes, water cups, paper towels and painting from our gallery. 

  • Cash tips at the end of the event are encouraged and appreciated.

CORPORATE/BUSINESS PACKAGE

  • BASIC PACKAGE +

  • $120 additional deposit for 40 - 99 

  • Additional Artist Included

  • Total must be paid in full 72 hours prior to event date (unless other arrangements are agreed upon privately with owner).

  • 20% gratuity added

Wood Plank/Board Painting Basic

  • Starting at $55 per Person*

  • Must schedule at least two weeks in advance of event date.

  • 1/2 must be paid two weeks prior to event. The remaining must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to event date. 

  • 3 hour event

  • Includes basic pkg. + wood plank, two stain color choices pre-stained prior to event due to drying time needed.

Wine Glasses/Mason Jars/Rock Art/Christmas Ornaments

  • Basic Pkg +

  • $35 per person

  • Includes two glass items each or 3 rocks/ornaments each

  • Freestyle art/ More relaxed/informal setting

  • Artist Assisted

Added Options +

  • Canvas Size Special Request (varies) + $5.00 per person(starting)

  • Extra Artist/Help + $100 (recommended for larger group events). 

  • Naked Wood Plank/Board Lettering Transfer same for each + $5.00 each

  • Naked Wood Plank/Board Lettering Transfer Personal Choice + $10-$20 ea depending on request.

  • Plank/Board Art Instruction + $5.00 per person, same art only. 

  • Naked Art Stain Colors (special requests) + $5.00 per color

  • Extra Time +  $35 per ½ hour (must be requested, agreed upon and paid in advance)

  • Extra Distance - ***$5.00 per person.

**Due to material costs and staffing, deposits for events Thurs-Sunday are not refundable. Notice of cancellation must be given within 48 hours to receive a credit to use at another time or to change event dates/times. We understand emergencies happen and will work with each situation on an individual basis. Unexpected weather events or proven emergency cancellations also considered as re-schedules, non-refundable. 

***Event Prices are for locations within 20 miles of Ledyard, CT. There is an additional $5.00 each travel fee for locations 21-40 miles from Ledyard, CT. That fee is waivered on groups of 20 or more.  Please do a distance search and make sure you are within our 40 miles limit prior to scheduling. Some exceptions apply, call or email for more information.
