Mobile Parties/Events

Minimum 10 people*, cost based on Package

We come to your home, bar, gallery, or another venue of your choice. All art supplies are provided by us. You provide tables and chairs.

*Requests for less than 10 people in Ledyard, Gales Ferry or Groton are considered. Call or email us for more information.

  • Minimum 10 Max 39 people

  • $40 each medium 12 x 12 canvas or $45 each large 16 x 20 canvas.

  • Party time 2 hours

  • Includes: Professional artist instruction, aprons, canvases, tablecloths, paints, brushes, water cups, paper towels and painting from our gallery. 

  • Cash tips at the end of the event are encouraged and appreciated.


Wood Plank/Board Painting Basic

  • Starting at $55 per Person*

  • Must schedule at least two weeks in advance of event date.

  • 1/2 must be paid two weeks prior to event. The remaining must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to event date. 

  • 3 hour event

  • Includes basic pkg. + wood plank, two stain color choices pre-stained prior to event due to drying time needed. 



  • $120 additional deposit for 40 - 99 

  • Additional Artist Included

  • Total must be paid in full 72 hours prior to event date (unless other arrangements are agreed upon privately with owner).

  • 20% gratuity added up front unless otherwise arranged.


Wine Glasses/Bottles/Mason Jars/Rock Art/Christmas Ornaments

  • $35 per person

  • Basic Package +

  • Includes two glass items each or 3 rocks/ornaments each

  • Freestyle art/ More relaxed/casual setting

  • Artist Assisted

Added Options +

  • Canvas Size Special Request  + $5.00 per person(starting)

  • Extra Artist/Extra Help Request + $100 (recommended for larger group events). 

  • Naked Wood Plank/Board Lettering Transfer same transfer for each person + $5.00 each

  • Naked Wood Plank/Board Lettering Transfer Different Choice For Each Person + $10-$20 ea depending on request.

  • Plank/Board Gallary Art Instruction + $5.00 per person, same art only. 

  • Naked Art Stain Colors (special requests) + $5.00 per color

  • Extra Time +  $35 per ½ hour (must be requested, agreed upon and paid in advance)

  • Extra Distance - ***$5.00 per person. 

*Price is per person unless otherwise noted and does not include fees for CC payments or sales tax. 

**Due to material costs and staffing, deposits for events Thurs-Sunday are not refundable. Notice of cancellation must be given within 48 hours to receive a credit to use at another time or to change event dates/times. We understand emergencies happen and will work with each situation on an individual basis. Unexpected weather events or proven emergency cancellations also considered as re-schedules, non-refundable. 

***Event Prices are for locations within 30 miles of drive for artist.  There is an additional $5.00 per person travel fee for each additional 15 miles. Additional miles fee is waived on guaranteed groups of 20 or more, depending on location.  Please contact us first and make sure you are within our 45 miles limit prior to scheduling. Some exceptions do apply, call or email for more information.
